Note: All the deliveries are ATL (Authorised to Leave), but this is at the discretion of the logistic partner's driver who is delivering the package, as to whether or not it is safe to drop the package.
If it's not safe to leave, the package will be taken to the logistic partner's nearest depot for collection. Customer's can then collect the package after providing photo ID (Passport/Driver's Licence).
If the item is uncollected and it is returned to sender and they are received by the Supplier's Warehouse Teams, this may incur additional shipping charges along with restocking fees.
