Working Surface Preparation: Surface preparation is key to an easy process. Remove any sharp edges, damage, or debris to ensure a smooth surface for optimal results. This will improve productivity and increase the longevity of your equipment.

Sanding Material: Even with newly manufactured materials, sanding may be required to provide PROSHYNE with a smooth base for achieving the best possible finish. Start with a 240-grit grade, and step up to 400, 600, 800, and 1200 for a professional finish.

PROSHYNE Application: Apply PROSHYNE adequately to the work surface with a brush or spade. The cutting oxide grit and floating agent in the formula allow for smooth and effortless movement over the surface. PROSHYNE stays wet, preventing buffing pad clogging and ensuring optimal performance.

Finishing and Cleaning: With your last sweep over the material with the buff, remove any remaining polish to another area. Final clean-up is easy with water and a sponge. PROSHYNE's formulated soap agent removes itself and any remaining debris. Finally, chamois dry to avoid water marks on the material.
