Working Surface Preparation is key to an easy process. Any sharp edges, damage, or debris should be removed to offer a smooth surface, improving productivity and increasing the longevity of all the equipment in this process.

Sanding Material Even if you have newly manufactured material, sanding may be required to give PROSHYNE a smooth base, transforming the material to the optimum finish. As a guide, this process may need to start with a 240 grit grade, stepping up to 400, 600, 800, and 1200 for a professional finish.

PROSHYNE Application As shown in the pictures, apply PROSHYNE adequately to the work surface with a brush or spade. The process of cutting and polishing the surface requires both the cutting oxide grit and the floating agent to move freely over the surface. The formula of PROSHYNE allows the product to stay wet, passing over the surface smoothly and more easily than other products. The floatation of the cutting agent virtually eliminates buffing pad clogging.

Finishing and Cleaning With your last sweep over the material with the buff, you can remove the remaining polish to another area. Final clean up is as easy as using water and a sponge. PROSHYNE has a formulated soap agent to remove itself and any remaining debris. Then, finally, chamois dry to avoid water marks on the material.
