Twin City Truck Centre aim to despatch items within 1-2 business days, once payment has been cleared into our account.

For smaller items:

We use Australia Post's safe and secure tracking service for all smaller items. A consignment note will always be assigned to your purchase to enable you to track your purchase on their website: www.auspost.com.au

For Bulky and heavy items:

Twin City Truck Centre use freight carriers of our choice to ship heavier and bulkier items. A Consignment Number will be assigned to your purchase for your tracking convenience.

Time specifics:

All deliveries are made between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday by Twin City Truck Centre selected couriers.

For all orders either placed or paid for after 2.00pm on a business day, your order will be processed the following business day.

Twin City Truck Centre offers both Free Shipping @ Competitive Discount Shipping, dependant upon delivery location and where the item is considered bulky/large & heavy items.

Despatch Details

Twin City Truck Centre and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. A Consignment Number is allocated to each item despatched and the customer can use this to track their items on the applicable carrier's website. Alternatively, the customer may contact the courier directly and obtain an estimated time frame of delivery.

On delivery of your item, if a person at the address is not available to sign for receipt of goods, our carrier will leave a calling card for you to collect at the nearest depot or nearest Australia Post office.

Delivery Method

We ship the majority of our items through Australia Post and Selected Couriers and this provides a tracking service with the use of the Consignment Number, as mentioned above.

Due to Australia Post's maximum weight limits for items exceeding 20kgs, these items can not be delivered to a post office box and will be delivered by courier.

Please provide a residential or commercial address for delivery.

PO Boxes will not be accepted for parcels over 20KG.

Items freighted on pallets will require a forklift at the delivery address or the item will be sent back to closest depot for retrieval. A card will be left notifying customer of this.

All freight is securely packed for delivery.
